Staffing Coordinator Position

Staffing Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Staffing Coordinator to join our team at HC&N Healthcare Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and post schedules for the nursing department, track and post changes, and approve trades.
- Maintain accurate records of call-outs, late arrivals, and early departures, and coordinate with HR to ensure attendance policies are enforced promptly and fairly.
- Monitor daily PPD and minimize staff overtime.
- Contact and schedule agency staff, if necessary, to cover open shifts.
- Provide timely reports to the DON regarding staffing, vacancies, and agency use.
- Maintain accurate records of PTO and change requests.
- Experience working with payroll and minor HR functions is required.
Requirements:
- Must have experience as a Staffing Coordinator in long-term care.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Computer knowledge is essential.
- Experience in long-term care with scheduling, HR, and payroll is preferred.
- Effective communication skills are necessary.
Compensation: Up to $65,000 per year
