Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Advocate II to join our team at Graphic Packaging International. As a key member of our prepress department, you will be responsible for coordinating job information with our manufacturing department and customer/sales teams, ensuring timely and cost-effective production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and update daily job schedules for manufacturing personnel
  • Participate in production meetings to discuss prepress department activities
  • Coordinate between customer/sales and manufacturing teams
  • Prepare complete write-ups for internal and external vendors
  • Preflight incoming electronic files for manufacturing
  • Verify manufacturing schedules and customer expectations
  • Order consumables necessary for manufacturing completion
  • Verify customer information accuracy and receive all job materials
  • Communicate service issues and ideas for improvement to production supervisors
  • Quality check materials submitted by manufacturing before release
  • Gather project materials and generate internal quotes for invoicing
Requirements
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Positive and collaborative interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Advanced computer skills preferred
  • Packaging industry experience preferred
