About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist II to join our team at Cox Automotive's Mobility Fleet Operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fielding a high volume of inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
  • Originating all new transactions regarding preventative maintenance, immediate and scheduled service, and repairs.
  • Assigning service requests to the respective market for dispatching.
  • Coordinating towing of customer units when necessary.
  • Scheduling outside vendors when an emergency breakdown is called in.
  • Continuously developing and improving company capabilities around dispatching.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
