The Customer Service Coordinator acts as the initial point of contact for clients and insurance representatives, managing claims on behalf of the body shop. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls from clients and vendors, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Collaborate with the team to uphold high customer service standards.
  • Represent the body shop to clients and vendors in a courteous manner.
  • Assist with processing cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Maintain organized filing systems as per established procedures.
  • Exhibit behaviors that align with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Preferred candidates should be 18 years or older.
  • Must be eligible for coverage under the dealership's automobile insurance.
  • Previous office experience of at least 6 months is preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions and information.
  • Proficiency in mathematical concepts related to pricing and calculations.
  • Professional appearance is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English required; Spanish fluency is a plus.
