Job Overview

Brookdale Madison West is a premier assisted living and memory care community seeking a highly skilled Health & Wellness Coordinator (LPN or RN license required) to join our team.

Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community, ensuring residents receive quality care and respect. Key duties include:

  • Supervising licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and caregivers
  • Providing training and education to caregivers on an ongoing basis
  • Managing medication supervision and/or administration in the community
  • Sharing on-call duties as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience
  • An active LPN/LVN or RN license
