About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Nursing Professional - Patient Care Coordinator. As an LPN at SSM Health, you will be responsible for providing essential care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medications and performing laboratory tests as directed by registered nurses or physicians
  • Educating patients and their families about treatment plans, self-care, and holistic health needs
  • Contributing to the assessment of patients and ensuring their well-being throughout their stay with us
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • No prior experience is required, but a strong desire to provide excellent patient care is essential
  • The ability to perform physical tasks that may require standing, walking, lifting, and pushing/pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds
