Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at SSM Health. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the assessment of patients and ensure their well-being
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions
  • Perform laboratory tests and therapeutic services
  • Educate patients and families about disease treatment plans and self-care post-discharge
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential
