Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an HVAC Controls Technician responsible for the installation, programming, and servicing of digital control systems, ensuring high standards of quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commissioning control installations and verifying compliance with specifications.
  • Preparing commissioning reports to document control verification.
  • Creating 'as-built' control drawings for installations.
  • Organizing and demonstrating necessary BAS project sequences to meet commissioning requirements.
  • Acting as the primary contact for customers on behalf of the company.
  • Coordinating with electrical and subcontractors to ensure project completion.
  • Implementing control sequences, programs, and graphics for new installations.
  • Developing databases, programs, and graphics for both new construction and retrofit projects.
  • Ensuring that implementations meet project specifications.

Qualifications:
MUST HAVE:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with BAS/BMS or DDC Controls.
  • Experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of BAS systems.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Distech, Niagara Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Delta Controls, Trane, or ALC.

NICE TO HAVE:
  • Experience with Tridium N4 and AX programming.
  • Familiarity with Distech Controls.
