Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Management Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, revising, approving, filing, and distributing contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contract terms and conditions using both manual and electronic methods
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to accomplish strategic goals and initiatives
  • Analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and/or projections
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 years of contracting experience within Higher Education
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams; Adobe, and e-signature programs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mastery of government and/or educational institution procurement and contracting policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of California State Contracting Manual and State and Federal laws and regulations regarding procurement and contracts
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $46,980 - $52,200 per year, based on education and experience, plus excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement plan.
