Clinical Administrative Coordinator

Located at the Medical Surgical Wellness Center LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Administrative Coordinator to fill our front desk position.
The ideal candidate will have experience in medical reception and be proficient in filing, answering phone calls, retrieving and addressing messages, scheduling surgeries, managing doctor's surgery schedule, coordinating and retrieving information from ancillary facilities for reports and diagnostic tests, arranging for labs for patients, daily documentations, stocking of front desk, pre-certifications for diagnostic tests, computer skills, including experience with Word and Excel.
We estimate the salary for this role to be between $40,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Compensation is negotiable based on qualifications.
