Job Description

This Ambulatory Care Coordinator position is responsible for providing clinical support to the primary care provider and team at Methodist Hospitals. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing their skills and expertise to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with urgent and emergent medical situations, and obtain and operate emergency equipment.
  • Assist provider in assuring patient follow-up processes, i.e., referrals, lab, obtaining patient education materials.
  • Document patient care information per policies and procedures in the medical record.

Requirements:

  • 1 year Medical Assistant experience required.
  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant through a nationally recognized association required within 60 days of hire.
  • BLS Certification required.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
