About the Job:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Clinical Scheduling Specialist to join our team at Methodist Hospitals. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, scheduling diagnostic tests, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Patient Scheduling: Schedule patient appointments, coordinate with other departments, and ensure timely communication with patients and healthcare providers.
  2. Diagnostic Test Coordination: Schedule diagnostic tests as ordered and follow up with patients to confirm arrangements.
  3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the medical office team, including maintaining accurate records and preparing medical charts for physician visits.
  4. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, their families, and healthcare providers, ensuring a positive experience at our facility.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Healthcare/Medical - Physician's Office experience preferred.
  • Certification: Certification as a Physician Office Business Administrator is desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in basic office equipment and software.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
