Next Generation Marketing Retail Sales Team Member Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Team Member to join our team at NGM Marketing. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and brand recognition for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Success and Assurance: Exemplify internal systems and practices, and train entry-level representatives on sales and marketing strategies to use with consumers directly.
  • Team Development: Develop numerous representatives within our sales and consulting departments to drive consumer engagement through active listening, negotiation tactics, sales strategies, and relationship building.
  • Meetings and Performance: Attend meetings with fellow Training and Operations Managers regarding sales targets, team performance, and expansion opportunities.
  • Individual Sales and Communication: Maintain individual sales and communication responsibilities, including weekly performance metrics with individual and the larger team's weekly sales.
  • Consumer Interaction: Interact directly with consumers to assist and educate them on the products and services we provide, leading to sales success for our fortune 500 clients.
Required Experience and Qualities:
  • Education: 4-year degree in the field of Management, Business Administration is desired.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
  • Growth Mindset: A strong growth mindset to enhance current skills and execute constructive criticism.
  • Leadership: Confidence in leading a diverse team and encouraging advancement in performance.
  • Self-Starting: A self-starting attitude and an undeniable drive to lead by example.

Please note, this is a full-time position that requires working on-site at specific retail locations throughout the East Bay. Upon completion of training, we offer a base pay with the opportunity to earn additional commissions based on personal performance. The average pay for our entry-level associates is $800-$1600 per week.
