Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling various payment methods and ensuring that all sales are processed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves and ensuring that all products are properly displayed and priced.
  • Loss Prevention: Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures related to loss prevention, including controlling cash shortages and overages, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other sales floor team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, providing exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Math Skills: Basic math skills, including counting, addition, and subtraction, to accurately process transactions and manage cash handling.
