Overview:
As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding client service while engaging in sales and service activities at our branch locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Open new accounts and assist with processing transactions.
- Cross-sell banking products and services.
- Take applications for loans and manage account maintenance.
- Address inquiries regarding client accounts.
- Present customized solutions tailored to meet clients' specific financial needs or refer them to other business lines as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Client Relationship Specialist or in a similar role.
- NMLS registration or the ability to obtain it is required.
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional client service.
- Proficient in analyzing client needs and making informed recommendations based on financial data.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Targeted starting hourly range (based on experience): $27.39/hr
- Incentive potential available.
