HVAC Lead Installer - INSTALL TEAM

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain effective communication with dispatch, management, parts suppliers, and installation teams.
  • Present a tidy and professional appearance at all times.
  • Possess and uphold a clean driving record.
  • Remove outdated systems and install new ones, adhering to the installation checklist.
  • Comply with local HVAC regulations and safety protocols.
  • Complete all necessary documentation promptly and accurately.
  • Assist in training installation helpers assigned to your team.
  • Keep customers informed about the installation process and timelines.
  • Ensure all installation requests are finalized and documented.
  • Familiarize yourself with product features and advantages.
  • Follow proper procedures for obtaining purchase orders and managing material recycling.
  • Maintain essential equipment and inventory in the vehicle for optimal efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Proven HVAC expertise with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Mechanically inclined with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic.
  • Exhibits high integrity and professionalism.
  • Collaborative team player.
Experience and Education
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HVAC installation experience, preferably in a Senior or Lead capacity.
  • Experience supervising less experienced technicians to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Outgoing personality suited for a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and follow-through skills.
  • Commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Driver's License (Required)
Compensation
  • Guaranteed minimum pay of $1,200 weekly.
  • Annual earnings ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 based on performance.
