Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers approaching the display to inform them about our products and services
  • Engage with customers throughout the store regarding their home service requirements
  • Articulate the features and advantages of our various offerings while gathering information about customer needs
  • Coordinate appointments for our Sales Consultants to visit customers for service estimates
  • Establish rapport and relationships with store leadership
  • Participate in mandatory monthly meetings and training sessions
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for 4-8 hours at a time
  • Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-driven
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Proficient in using a smartphone for email and text communication
  • No HVAC experience necessary
  • Weekend availability is essential
