We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to enhance our team.

The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in assisting the Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Superintendent with their assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
  • Manage operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects, ensuring timely completion of work.
  • Communicate professionally and courteously via telephone and email.
  • Support the team by organizing tasks and maintaining effective communication.
  • Oversee inventory management by monitoring stock levels, anticipating supply needs, and coordinating orders.
  • Contribute to team success by achieving related objectives as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in reporting and administrative writing.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage processes efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Capability to analyze information effectively.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in supply management and inventory control.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Familiarity with Office 365 Applications.
  • Knowledge of Textura Compliance.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Proficient in relevant software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
