Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at 4Rivers Equipment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management, highlighting opportunities and challenges
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in business or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction equipment industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and sales growth
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
