Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at 4Rivers Equipment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction equipment industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
