Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team in New York. As the ideal candidate, you will possess a strong track record in B2B selling, preferably from the tech industry, demonstrated leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion in your vertical.
* Manage and mentor a team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, ensuring their success in meeting targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Set clear sales objectives and performance metrics for the team.
* Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.
* Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.

Account Management and Customer Engagement:
* Oversee the management of key enterprise accounts.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers at client organizations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations) to address customer needs and drive solution adoption.

Sales Operations and Reporting:
* Monitor and analyze sales performance data to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
* Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
* Implement best practices and sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role managing a sales team.
* Preference for tech and/or software industry.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
* Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
