Senior Regulatory Program Manager

Job Summary
The Senior Regulatory Program Manager will be responsible for managing Provider Grievances, Provider Appeals, and Provider State Fair Hearings for the Kansas Health Plan.
This role will work closely with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs, and plans that support the achievement of business unit and enterprise goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential issues, project changes, and scope.
- Build support for business change throughout the business unit.
- Develop and manage projects with significant operating budgets and knowledge of process redesign.
- Experience with Member Grievances, Appeals, administrative hearings, or other legal processes is strongly preferred.
- Accurate, complete, and timely regulatory documentation and submission is strongly preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in process improvement, business change, or project management.
- Experience as a legal assistant or paralegal or comparable education or employment experience is strongly preferred.
