Position Summary:

In the role of Production Support Associate, you will be instrumental in facilitating the seamless functioning of our production operations. This position encompasses a range of responsibilities associated with the daily activities on our production floor. Your duties will include assisting our machine operators, ensuring a tidy and organized workspace, and

supporting various production-related tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Shirt Inspection: Aid in catching and evaluating shirts as they exit the press, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Material Preparation: Organize and prepare materials for production runs, guaranteeing that all essential items are accessible for smooth operations.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Operator Assistance: Support machine operators by setting up equipment, providing materials, and resolving any issues that may occur during production.
  • Shirt Folding: Fold and package completed shirts in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management to ensure adequate supplies for production.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other operational duties as directed by the Production Manager or team leaders to enhance overall production efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is advantageous, though not mandatory. Comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Skills: Capability to perform physical tasks such as catching shirts, folding, and preparing materials. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a positive work atmosphere.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to shifting priorities and manage various tasks as required.
  • Work Ethic: Dependable and punctual, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
