Production Specialist

Assist with general housekeeping duties and grain handling in a fast-paced environment. Work under supervision and contribute to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning equipment
- Assist with grain handling, including scraping and shoveling soybean and soybean meal
- Operate rolling stock and transport lab samples to the lab
- Work in a team environment to accomplish job tasks and maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Participate in morning toolbox meetings and shift exchange/review meetings to communicate key process indicator performance
- Ability to retain knowledge of tasks and work well with others
- Knowledge of plant equipment and ability to maintain, monitor, and adjust equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete various processes, including loading, dumping, scraping, shoveling, weighing, bagging, packing, unpacking, labeling, and storing products
- Valid driver's license and ability to follow safety, health, environmental, and quality standards
