Children's Behavioral Health Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Coordinator to join our Lewiston Children's Behavioral Health team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children and families to provide comprehensive care and support. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and collaborate with various providers to ensure the child's needs are being met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete intakes for new clients and conduct psychosocial assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including initial and 90-day plans
- Provide regular contact with families and collaborate with providers to ensure the child's needs are being addressed
- Manage multiple systems and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
- BA in a related field
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Savvy computer skills to manage multiple systems
- Current driver's license and clean driving record
