About the Role

Xanitos is seeking a highly skilled and experienced EVS Ambulatory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our EVS Ambulatory department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Participate in the selection process, interview candidates, and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks, manage inventory, and ensure the proper use of equipment.
  • Training and Development: Provide initial and ongoing training to EVS and cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, provide guidance and motivation to staff, and discipline associates when necessary.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with staff, management, and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Project Management: Participate in special projects as requested by management.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Experience: One to three years of supervisory experience in a service-related field with high customer/client contact.
  • Skills: Strong service/quality attitude, strong communication skills, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in Windows-based office software.
  • Language: Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
