Penske is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance repairs, including preventative, mechanical, and electrical repairs.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and development of vehicle maintenance technicians to ensure they meet customer expectations.
  • Manage labor costs, inventory, and repair costs to ensure efficient operations.
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Coach and mentor technicians and customer service representatives to improve performance and productivity.
  • Monitor associate work levels and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of fleet maintenance management experience or 3 years of team management in an environment with strong operational metrics.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Tech School degree preferred.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills required.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications preferred.
