- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
- Availability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A strong presence on social media is preferred
- Reliable transportation for commuting to various locations, including off-site training and meetings
- Must reside within a 30-minute commute to the home store location, with flexibility to work at multiple locations as required
- Proficient in operating a personal computer, wireless devices, copier, and fax machine.

Working Conditions:
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- Capability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking purposes
- Requirement to stand for extended periods to ensure optimal customer service (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions to completion
- Skill in managing pressure, multitasking, and addressing customer inquiries or complaints
- Adaptability to varying noise levels and sounds from multiple media sources/devices

Job Overview:

We pride ourselves on offering competitive compensation, with full-time Retail Sales Consultants earning a base salary starting at $25,000 plus commission. Successful consultants can achieve an average total compensation of $45,000 in their first year by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
