Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly, addressing inquiries and fulfilling requests.
  • Register guests by confirming room requirements, verifying pre-registration, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
  • Establish credit by verifying credit cards or collecting cash.
  • Guide guests to their rooms using the resort map.
  • Communicate information to guests by relaying messages, mail, and packages.
  • Provide concierge services by addressing inquiries related to resort amenities and local services.
  • Maintain accurate records by entering guest account data.
  • Process payments and compute bills for services rendered.
  • Make reservations for the resort and other services as needed.
  • Safeguard guests' valuables by managing lost and found items.
  • Verify guest identity during the registration process.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
