Reinsurance Contract Manager

Job Summary
This position is responsible for the administration and management of reinsurance and other partner structures at AmTrust Financial. The successful candidate will oversee the team's activities, ensuring all legal documents are properly maintained and updated.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all legal documents are up-to-date and properly maintained.
- Coordinate with the Legal team for changes to legal documents and new documents.
- Manage Reinsurance Administrators, providing guidance and setting goals.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the business and documents.
- Gather and prepare information for internal and external parties.
- Perform other functionally related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
- ~5 or more years of experience in legal, accounting, finance, insurance, or related field.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure efficiently, with high-quality results and attention to detail.
- Very proficient in Microsoft Office.
