Job Opportunity

This position is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Human Resources professional to join our team as a Division Human Resource Coordinator.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

This role will serve as the liaison between corporate and divisional teams to support all aspects of Human Resources.

  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations
  • Process new hire setup and coordinate with Corporate IT
  • Assist managers with company policies and responsibilities
  • Conduct new hire orientations in-person and virtually via Microsoft Teams
  • Support payroll, salary increases, bonuses, and terminations
  • Administer worker's compensation process
  • Provide training and support staff
Requirements

Candidates must have an Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.

Candidates must also have three to five years of related HR experience and/or training, along with proficiency in MS Office and email.

Taleo, PeopleSoft, and Microsoft Teams experience is preferred.
