About the Role

This exciting opportunity is available for a skilled HR Coordinator who will play a crucial role in supporting the division's HR functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new hire processing and employee onboarding
  • Assist managers with HR-related inquiries and issues
  • Process payroll, benefits, and worker's compensation
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Provide training and support to staff members

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • Three to five years of related HR experience and/or training
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email
