The Swift Group is seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Hanover, MD. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow with our company and enjoy a salary range of $49,996.80 - $290,004.00.

The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in business development support roles, including marketing, communications, or publishing specialist with a bachelor's degree completed in a relevant discipline. They should also have experience working with the Intelligence Community and proficiency in word processing, desktop publishing, and presentation tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat.

We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively amongst members of the executive team, division leaders, and technical SME's, and has the ability to meet tight schedule constraints when business needs call for it.

As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating one on one conversations with SMEs to coauthor compelling technical solutions, developing and maintaining a robust library of marketing and proposal material, and responsible for one voicing proposal documents. You will also understand advanced grammar concepts and be responsible for writing technical copy for various types of documents.
