About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based solutions using ServiceNow's low-code platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications to meet client requirements
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts and workflows to automate business processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with JavaScript
  • 1+ years of experience with HTML and CSS
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools and modules
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and management
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience working on UI and UX Scripts
  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow development tools and modules, specifically in the ServiceNow System Admin role
  • 1+ years of experience with SQL
  • Proficiency in Agile development, requirements management, and platforms like JIRA
  • Background in computer science
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery
  • Experience in integrating with Rest, Soap, and third-party software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ServiceNow CIS - Human Resources Certification
Clearance Requirements

Applicants must have a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified data.

Salaries at Booz Allen Hamilton are determined based on a myriad of factors, including location, education, skills, experience, and specific contract requirements. The estimated compensation range for this position falls between $67,700.00 and $154,000.00 annually.

Work Model

Our people-centric culture prioritizes flexibility and collaboration, whether onsite or remote. For remote or hybrid listings, you'll alternate between working from a Booz Allen facility and client sites. For onsite roles, collaboration with colleagues and clients will primarily occur in person as dictated by the role's requirements.
