Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with JavaScript
  • 1+ years of experience with HTML and CSS
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools and modules
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and management
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working on UI and UX Scripts
  • 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow development tools and modules, particularly in the ServiceNow System Admin role
  • 1+ years of experience with SQL
  • Proficiency in Agile development, requirements management, and platforms like JIRA
  • Background in computer science
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery
  • Experience in integrating with Rest, Soap, and third-party software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ServiceNow CIS - Human Resources Certification

Clearance Requirements:

Candidates must successfully pass a security clearance check and meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.
