Responsibilities
  • Develop ServiceNow Solutions: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions and enhancements using core platform capabilities.
  • Develop Applications: Develop applications, including configuration, report development, and data migration, where applicable.
  • Identify and Implement Best-Practice Solutions: Identify and implement best-practice solutions to address client requirements.
  • Perform Custom Development and Integrations: Perform custom development and 3rd party integrations.
  • Perform Unit-Testing and Resolve Code Defects: Perform unit-testing and resolve code defects.
  • Migrate Code Changes to Production Environment: Migrate code changes to the production environment.
  • Assist with Technical Design and Documentation: Assist with technical design and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Experience in Software Development: Experience in any of the responsibilities listed above.
  • 10+ Years of Software Development Experience: 10+ years of software development experience with minimum of 2 years of experience working on a large and complex software development project.
  • Experience with ServiceNow: Experience with developing Service Catalog and ServiceNow workflows.
  • Scripting Language Proficiency: Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Ruby, Python, Perl, Bash, JavaScript).
  • DoD Approved Certification: Possess a current DoD Approved 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g. Security+ CE).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator: Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA).
  • Logical Problem-Solving Approach: Logical problem-solving approach and the ability to clearly communicate the situation and proposed solution to the customer.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present in a group setting.
  • Sense of Urgency and Organizational Skills: Possesses a sense of urgency, strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Security Clearance Requirements
  • TS/SCI w/Poly: TS/SCI w/Poly.
Physical Requirements
  • Stationary Position: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
  • Computer and Office Productivity Machinery: Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
