Senior Business Development Manager for Industrial Sales

As a Senior Business Development Manager for Industrial Sales, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading distributor of metalworking and MRO products and services.
Job Description- You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with mid-market customers, identifying business opportunities, and negotiating deals that meet their needs.
- Your portfolio will consist of $2M-$4M in annual revenue, with a focus on penetrating new markets and growing existing ones.
- You will work closely with internal teams and managers to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue.
- Develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate deals and close business with customers, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting to ensure seamless communication with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver expertise and value relevant to specific categories of products and solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Distribution, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience required.
- 2+ years of demonstrated success in B2B sales preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel up to several hours per day to customer locations within an assigned territory or region.
- Competitive salary starting at $64,540 - $101,420 depending on experience (Includes Base + Commission).
