  • Internal Communications
    • Manage the Netpresenter platform to disseminate internal messaging and keep employees engaged
  • Communication Flows
    • Coordinate communications flows with HR and Marketing teams
    • Develop and implement press releases, internal memos, and corporate event promotions
    • Digital signage and HR communications
  • Intranet Content Management
    • Manage weekly updates across the platform
    • Engage with groups to ensure new content is being added
    • Offer creative ways to engage employees
  • Quarterly Newsletter Management
    • Gather and write content for the newsletter
    • Report on corporate activities and events across various locations
  • Employee Engagement Events
    • Attend employee engagement events, including photo taking and story write-ups
  • Relationship Building
    • Build long-term relationships with influencers and key stakeholders
  • Collaboration
    • Collaborate with Marketing and HR teams to achieve common goals
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience managing and coordinating communication efforts and press releases
  • Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficient in Windows 7 and newer
  • Well-organized, good communicator, good speller, good knowledge of grammar, good proof-reader
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales software, including Hubspot, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Knowledge of Netpresenter software
  • Knowledge of the design and construction industry
