Business Development Associate

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Coordinator to join our team at Land Rover Henderson. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales opportunities, both online and over the phone, with a high appointment success ratio.
Responsibilities:- Assist with internet business development lead management
- Utilize CRM daily to log incoming traffic and generate appointments and quotes through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, serving as a product expert and sounding board
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
- Comfortable with daily texting and emailing with customers
- Enter leads into our CRM daily
- Answer customer calls daily
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
