Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement with potential customers.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  3. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination with customers, resulting in increased sales and customer satisfaction.
  4. Data Analysis: Utilize data mining tools to analyze customer behavior and preferences, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
  5. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators set by management.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Previous experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and data mining tools to analyze customer data and identify sales opportunities.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  4. Results-Driven: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
  5. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
