Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team at J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting volume goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize business potential.
  • Proactively communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure on-time delivery, damage-free services, and accurate billing through scheduling appointments and tracking loads.
Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent and up to 1-2 years of customer service/sales experience. A bachelor's degree and/or additional work experience are preferred.

Key skills include effective communication, ability to handle stress, and multitasking. We also value sales-focused, resilient, and competitive individuals who can maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
