About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Director of Customer Experience. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through the development and implementation of effective customer service strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and manage customer service metrics and reporting
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to customer service representatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service leadership, preferably in a healthcare or technology industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
