Director of Customer Experience

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Director of Customer Experience. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through the development and implementation of effective customer service strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and manage customer service metrics and reporting
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to customer service representatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
- Proven experience in customer service leadership, preferably in a healthcare or technology industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
