Opportunity Overview:

Adecco USA is collaborating with a leading energy delivery firm, recognized as a Fortune 250 company, to fill the position of Electrical Engineer.

Compensation: $73 - $78 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with options for 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM (Hybrid)

Contract Duration: 24 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage intricate engineering projects, ensuring effective planning, budgeting, and coordination.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
  • Design, develop, and rigorously test advanced products, systems, or structures.
  • Conduct research and development initiatives to innovate and address complex engineering challenges.
  • Review and validate engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Assess and select appropriate materials and equipment for various projects.
  • Ensure adherence to engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers, professionals, and stakeholders within project teams.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers and technical personnel.
  • Stay updated on advancements in engineering technologies and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory.

Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in Electrical Engineering.
  • Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Experience in Substation Engineering and/or the Utility sector is essential.

Additional Information:

This position is hybrid, and candidates must reside in or near the designated area.
