Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer - Aviation to lead our electrical design project teams in creating world-class designs for various projects, including power, process, corporate, healthcare, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead electrical design project teams to develop innovative solutions for complex projects
  • Collaborate with project managers to adapt electrical plans according to budget constraints, design factors, or client needs
  • Prepare electrical equipment specifications, data sheets, and purchase recommendations
  • Review electrical equipment vendor drawings and data interface with suppliers, clients, and other engineering disciplines
  • Participate in project schedule, scope, budget, and staffing planning
  • Manage change orders and ensure effective communication with other engineering disciplines
  • Apply expert knowledge of electrical concepts, practices, codes, and procedures
  • Develop and present technical reports for clients and industry publications
  • Build effective relationships with clients, customers, and contractors
  • Lead sales and marketing efforts and identify key pursuits
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related degree from an ABET-accredited program
  • 7 years of electrical engineering experience, with EPC project experience preferred
  • Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred
  • Expert knowledge in standard engineering techniques and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of electrical equipment design ANSI and IEEE Standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead execution of work and resolve issues in a team environment
