As a Virtual Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our members through consultative conversations and identifying opportunities to develop mutually beneficial relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide needs-based solutions for members and contribute to the overall wellness of the membership base using the Virtual Financial Center in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Effectively demonstrate knowledgeable interviewing, active listening, and strong communication when working with members in a virtual delivery channel.
  • Ensure a thorough knowledge of SECU loan policy and state/federal consumer lending regulations as well as a working knowledge of real estate loans and effective ways of referral over to Mortgage Loan Originators.
  • Assist with outbound leads and new member onboarding calls to deepen and enhance relationships and overall member experience.
Requirements:
  • Education – College degree preferred, but not required.
  • Proven performance in relationship building, goal attainment, and coaching in retail banking sector. Proficiency with the Digital tools required.
  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb member and customer service.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Solid work ethic, integrity, and extremely self-motivated.
  • Strong desire to work as part of a total team effort.
