About the RoleThe Transplant RN Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for developing and overseeing program operations, making recommendations, and acting as a resource for all nursing staff related to patient care and clinical standards, policies, and procedures. You will also develop and document care plans and therapy programs, oversee and ensure plan of care therapy programs are implemented as indicated, and coordinate, assemble, and maintain documentation as required.
This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. About the BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits that include paid time off (PTO), various health insurance options, retirement benefits, long-term and short-term disability, employee assistance programs (EAP), parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and ways to give back to your community.
