Job Summary:

The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to medical cannabis patients, assisting with dispensary operations, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires a strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient support and education on medical cannabis use and benefits
  • Assist with dispensary operations, including patient check-in, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current on medical cannabis research and best practices
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or retail setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
