The Information and Knowledge Management team is responsible for developing and overseeing enterprise-level processes and technologies related to Information and Knowledge Management. The Knowledge Management Professional will play a significant role in a focused team effort aimed at achieving competitive advantages through improved efficiencies and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the alignment of processes and technologies to promote information sharing among analysts and organizations for analytical production.
  • Leverage centralized and peripheral databases, content management systems, and records management systems to shape workflows and processes.
  • Generate reports on performance metrics, usage statistics, and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities, including search, discovery, storage, and retrieval of data.
  • Assist in the development of automated tools utilizing available organizational information technology resources.
  • Distribute intelligence products across various networks and portals.
  • Contribute to policy formulation and program guidance related to knowledge creation, capture, collaboration, sharing, utilization, and transfer.
  • Collaborate directly with organizational IKM representatives and executive staff to facilitate the integration of IKM program areas and objectives, establish procedural measures, ensure organizational alignment, and define metrics for continuous service improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a field related to information technology from an accredited institution.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a Knowledge Manager or in a related role managing database systems.
  • Proven mission knowledge and skills demonstrating completion of all necessary training and experience.
  • Ability to interpret complex and often incomplete information, structuring analytical questions based on reporting trends and diverse analytical perspectives.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience collaborating with other intelligence community members on information sharing and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in developing concise and insightful products for defense intelligence.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with major cloud service providers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in a field related to information technology from an accredited institution.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for more than 50% of the time.
