About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Management Coordinator to join our team at Crimson Industries. As an Office Management Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Financial Transactions: Process invoices, quotes, and other financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Customer Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data, including contact information and order history.
  • Operations Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations, including processing incoming orders and managing inventory.
  • HR Support: Provide administrative support to our HR department, including maintaining employee records and coordinating benefits.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of training in a commercial profession.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong communication skills, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
