Job Overview

We are currently in search of a motivated individual to fill the role of Sales Quotation Analyst. This position is essential in assisting our sales team and clients by generating accurate pricing and quotations.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in sales support and customer relations, demonstrating outstanding communication abilities and the capacity to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver precise and timely quotations for clients, ensuring completeness of all information.
  • Analyze requests for quotes (RFQs) and gather all necessary details from clients.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to identify and communicate potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide current and accurate pricing information for all requested products and services.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance of quotes with company policies and procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Independently prioritize tasks and manage daily workload.
  • Participate in departmental and sales meetings as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience in sales support or customer service is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Travel Requirements

Working Conditions

This role primarily operates in an office setting. The Sales Quotation Analyst will adhere to standard business hours but may be required to work additional hours during peak periods or to meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements

The position involves standard office tasks. The analyst must be able to sit for extended periods and utilize a computer for prolonged durations.
